Description du terrain : le terrain en pente donne sur l’avenue Raquel Meller, sur un escalier montant vers le chemin du Vinaigrier et sur des villas voisines pour les 2 autres cotés. Sa surface totale est d’environ 450 m2, ce chiffre incluant la villa et les terrasses.

La villa est située à environ 200 m d’altitude, au-dessus de la Moyenne Corniche, à 1,4 km du col de Villefranche, où l’on trouve les principaux commerces de proximité( supérette, journaux, pharmacie, boucherie, fruits, pain .). )
Le centre de Villefranche et la mer sont à 10 /15 minutes en voiture ( à pied, il faut descendre et remonter plus de 400 marches)
Plages et ports également à Beaulieu et au Cap Ferrat ( 15 minutes en voiture par de petites routes transversales, même l’été)
Aéroport à Nice( 30 minutes ) ; gares à Nice –7 km-, Villefranche-4,5 km- ou Beaulieu –5 km-
Nice commence au col de Villefranche et son centre est à 10 / 20 minutes ; on y trouve tous les équipements, hôpitaux, médecins, magasins, cinémas, théâtres, opéra …
Monaco est à 14 km par la Moyenne Corniche.
Par l’autoroute A8, le mieux est de sortir à l’aéroport de Nice en venant de l’Ouest –14 km- et à la Turbie –11 km-en venant d’Italie. La sortie la plus proche est cependant à Nice- Nord -9 km-.

Description of the ground :
The sloping ground opens on Avenue Raquel Meller, lined with a public staircase climbing to Chemin du Vinaigrier, and with nearby villas on the two other sides . Its total surface is about 450 m2, including villa and terraces

The villa is located roughly 200 m above sea level, higher than Moyenne Corniche, 1400 m far from Col de Villefranche, where main shops are available ( little supermarket, newspapers, pharmacy,butcher, …)
The center of Villefranche and the sea are attainable in 10 /15 mn by car( on foot, you have to go down and up more than 400 steps )
Beaches and ports also in Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat ( 15 mn through small roads, even in summer )
International airport in Nice ( 30 mn ) ; railroad stations in Nice,- 7 km -, Villefranche- 4.5 km or Beaulieu – 5 km –
